Care records you can trust, from a team who understands care.

Caremadeeasy helps health and social care providers turn messy, risky paperwork into clear, trustworthy support plans. We combine practical training, data-quality consultancy and our Dearly platform so your team spends less time on records and more time with the people you support.

What we do

Every service starts from the same place: helping care teams write, review and use records that are accurate, complete, consistent and up to date, so decisions about someone’s care are always based on information you can trust.

  • Training and education – practical, plain-English courses on support planning and data quality for care assistants, support workers, nurses and administrators.
  • Data-quality consultancy – hands-on reviews and fixes for your records, grounded in UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, the Caldicott Principles and the CQC Single Assessment Framework.
  • Dearly – a platform in development to help support plans stay accurate and current between reviews.

Good care starts with good records. When information about a person is accurate, complete and easy to trust, every decision made in their name is safer, kinder and more dignified.

Who we work with

We work with care homes, domiciliary care providers, and health and social care teams across the UK who want their records, and their training, to properly reflect the standard of care they provide.
