28 courses. Two learning streams. One goal: care records you can trust.
Our full portfolio is built around two complementary streams, addressing the two most common root causes of avoidable harm and inspection concern in care services: weak, inconsistent support planning, and poor-quality, unsafe recording of information. Every course is practice-led, built around realistic case examples, and grounded in UK law and regulation, including UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005, the Human Rights Act 1998, the Caldicott Principles, the Records Management Code of Practice 2021, the CQC Single Assessment Framework and the Care Certificate framework.
Every course can be commissioned on its own, or combined into a tailored workforce development pathway.
