Care planning, made easy.

Caremadeasy helps care providers turn messy, risky paperwork into clear, trusted support plans, through training, data-quality consultancy and our Dearly platform, so teams spend less time on records and more time on people.
Why we started
Caremadeasy was founded by Joy Ikeh, a line manager and DAMA-certified Data Manager who has lived the paperwork problem first-hand. After years of chasing overdue reviews, untangling duplicate records and preparing for CQC inspections, she set out to build something different: a service that improves the quality of the information itself, not just where it is stored.
That experience, as both a line manager and a qualified data professional, is what makes Caremadeasy different. We understand the pressure of getting support plans right, and we know, in practical terms, what good data actually looks like on the ground.
Making care records clear, trustworthy and easy, so care teams spend less time on paperwork and more time with people.
What makes us different
- We improve the quality of the information, not just where it is stored, built on real data-governance expertise (DAMA) and hands-on frontline management experience.
- Plain English, not compliance jargon: we translate CQC and data-governance language into something frontline staff actually understand.
- Warm and practical, never judgemental: we help managers feel supported and capable, not criticised for where their records are today.
Who we work with
We work with SME residential, supported living and domiciliary care providers, registered managers, owners and quality leads, anyone who feels the pressure of inspection and wants their records to reflect the good care that is already happening.
