Three ways we help you get support plans right, and keep them right.
Every service starts from the same place: making care records clear, trustworthy and easy, so your team spends less time on paperwork and more time with the people you support.

Training and education
Practical, plain-English training on writing, reviewing and using support plans, for care assistants, support workers, nurses and administrators. Sessions run from the fundamentals of good record-keeping through to our DAMA-aligned Data Matters series on wider data governance and quality, all grounded in UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Care Certificate framework and the CQC Single Assessment Framework.

Data-quality consultancy
An honest, non-judgemental look at where your records stand today, and a practical plan to improve them. We assess support plans and recording practice against the 10 dimensions of data quality, then help you act on what we find.
- Audits of existing support plans, records and recording practice.
- Governance and compliance reviews, covering UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, the Caldicott Principles and the Records Management Code of Practice.
- CQC inspection-readiness support, with evidence mapped to the Single Assessment Framework.
- Clear, prioritised action plans, not generic advice.
Implementation and onboarding support
Once training or a review points to changes worth making, we stay hands-on to help embed new templates, processes and habits, so improvements outlast the initial push and become part of everyday practice.
We are also developing Dearly, a digital platform designed to help support plans stay accurate and current between reviews. More details coming soon.
